Returns

We take pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Hamafitz Judaica. If you are less than completely overjoyed for any reason, we encourage you to contact us so that we may earn your full satisfaction.

For your convenience, returns can be made either via mail or at our store. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # up to 30 days from original purchase date for a full refund or store credit, less shipping fees. Gift purchases can be returned for store credit only. Store credits are issued at in-store selling price at time of return, and can be used in-store only.

Credits are issued in form of a Hamafitz Judaica gift card mailed to the shipping address you provide us with.

Exceptions

Purchases of personalized, special-order and sale items are final. Due to health and hygiene concerns, purchases of Shofars and Garments, including Tzitzis and Yarmulkas are final as well. No refunds or store credits will be issued for any such purchases.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return requirements.

For mail-in returns:

1. Repack item in original box.

2. Contact us for RMA numbers prior to any return. RMA number must be affixed on outside of box.

3. Consider tracking and insuring package in case of damage or loss during transit.

Hamafitz Judaica is not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

If you no longer have your order information, please email us at support@hamafitz.com or call our Customer Service Department at (718) 774-0900 during regular business hours to obtain your order number. An order number and RMA# must be included with your return.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for return to be processed and for money to be credited back.

Items shipped abroad after purchase by any party are not eligible for return, unless in case of innate product defect, which must be reported before item leaves the US. Hamafitz Judaica is not liable for items broken in transit out-of-country other than those shipped directly by Hamafitz Judaica.
